Rosemary Hamilton
I started to work for astills after receiving my Degree from London University, returning to my home town of Leicester, and began my legal training by being Articled to our former Senior Partner, Mr Paul Astill.
I received a thorough and traditional grounding in legal excellence during my training period, dealing with an holistic approach to clients work.
After qualifying as a Solicitor in 1980, I continued to work for this and a number of other local firms in Leicester, and after a couple of periods of working part time whilst I raised my own family of two sons and one daughter, I am now proud to be a partner in this firm. I specialise in private client work, dealing with all aspects of property transactions, both residential and commercial. I also handle a high volume of Wills and Probate cases.
I pride myself in providing a personal efficient and “very hands” on friendly service to all of my clients who come from a wide range of financial backgrounds and ethnic groups.
A large number of my clients come from the personal recommendations of other clients or their family members, and I aim to continue the reputation we have for giving a personal service, but with an emphasis on dealing with matters quickly and efficiently.
